By accessing and using the Gistly Meeting Assistant Chrome Extension (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides users with the ability to have the Gistly bot join meetings and subsequently receive concise meeting notes via email.

3. Registration and Account Security

• Users may be required to register for an account to access certain features of the Service.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for all activities conducted through their account.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

The Service will only record meetings when the Gistly bot is explicitly added by the user.

All recordings and notes are stored securely.

5. User Responsibilities

• By adding the Gistly bot to a meeting, participants are made aware of the recording, and thus, separate consent is not required.
• Users must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Users are responsible for all content they upload or generate using the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content related to the Service, including logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Gistly and is protected by international copyright laws.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without explicit permission.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any user account without notice if these Terms of Use are violated.
• Users can request account deletion at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gistly shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

Users use the Service at their own risk.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Governing Law

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gistly, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and all costs and expenses of defense, including but not limited to, attorneys' fees, resulting directly or indirectly from a claim by a third party that arises in connection with their use of the Service.

13. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
• Refunds are not provided for any partial month of service or for unused features.

14. Shipping and Delivery Policy

As Gistly provides software services delivered over the internet, there are no physical goods to ship or deliver. Access to the Service is granted immediately upon successful registration and payment.
